Tiffany Cameron, Founder
Tiffany Cameron brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in community economic development and business ownership across Alberta and Manitoba. Her career has focused on supporting rural communities, municipalities, and small businesses with practical, realistic solutions that lead to real-world results.
Tiffany holds a Rural Development Diploma from Assiniboine Community College and is an active member of the Economic Developers Association of Manitoba (EDAM). She is also a Certified EDAM Community Edge Trainer, supporting communities in building local capacity and turning ideas into action.
In addition to her consulting work, Tiffany is a proven entrepreneur. She previously owned and operated a franchise business that consistently ranked in the top 10% of North American business units over an eight-year period. She currently owns and operates a restaurant business that has been serving its community for nine years and employs more than 20 people. This ongoing business ownership gives her a clear understanding of the challenges faced by employers, operators, and local decision-makers.
Tiffany is known for her collaborative, plain-language approach and her ability to help groups move from planning to implementation. She has completed the facilitation training, strengthening her ability to guide productive discussions, workshops, and community planning sessions.
Through her work, Tiffany is committed to helping municipalities and businesses not just create plans — but successfully put them into action in ways that fit rural realities.
